Job Description

Do you have a passion for marketing and project coordination? LifeBridge Health is looking for an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as a Marketing Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate should possess the necessary qualifications to help support the marketing team in the development and execution of projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills. You should also be an independent and self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. With the right combination of skills and experience, you will be a valuable addition to our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of projects and campaigns.
  2. Monitor progress of projects and campaigns and ensure deadlines are met.
  3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and campaigns.
  4. Create content for marketing materials, including website, social media, brochures, and newsletters.
  5. Analyze data and create reports to measure success of projects and campaigns.
  6. Maintain and build relationships with external vendors.
  7. Monitor industry trends and track competitor activities.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness of marketing projects.
  9. Manage budgets and ensure that projects stay within allocated budgets.
  10. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing presentations.
