1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Oncology Services department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff, to deliver high-quality care to patients.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards of care.

14. Represent the department and LifeBridge Health in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
15. Actively participate in departmental and organizational meetings and committees, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
