  1. Oversee and manage the shared services within the Oncology Service Line, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery of oncology services across the health system.
  3. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless integration of shared services with clinical operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
  5. Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and promote a positive work culture.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and community partners.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to shared services within the Oncology Service Line.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for shared services, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality care.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in oncology care and implement them within the shared services department.
  10. Handle any escalated issues and concerns related to shared services, working closely with other departments to find timely resolutions.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members to foster professional growth.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for the Oncology Service Line.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the patient and family experience within the shared services department.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, from frontline employees to senior leadership, to ensure the smooth operation of shared services.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards and promote a culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability within the department.
