
Manager - Child Life & Creative Arts Program
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join LifeBridge Health as our Manager of the Child Life & Creative Arts Program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of professionals to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth and development for patients and families.The Manager of Child Life & Creative Arts Program will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive programs and activities that are designed to support patients and families in managing their medical experience. This position requires a combination of strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Child Life, Creative Arts Therapy, or related field and three years of experience in a healthcare environment. Supervisory experience is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive programs and activities to support patients and families in managing their medical experience.
- Provide strong leadership to the Child Life & Creative Arts Program team.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff.
- Monitor and assess patient and family satisfaction.
- Ensure program compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Manage program budget and monitor expenditures.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures as needed.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other departments and external partners.
- Plan and facilitate educational activities and events for patients, families, and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Child Life
Art Or Music Therapy
Creative Arts Therapy
Or Equivalent
Certification In Child Life
Minimum Two Years Of Supervisory And/Or Management Experience
Experience In Program Development And Management
Knowledge Of Non-Profit Management And Fiscal Responsibility
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To The Provision Of Services To Children And Their Families
