Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions, and serving as a liaison between our organization and our tenants.   1. Manage and maintain all lease agreements for properties owned by LifeBridge Health.
  2. Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in lease agreements.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for all communication between LifeBridge Health and tenants.
  4. Review and interpret legal contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Monitor lease expiration dates and proactively negotiate lease renewals or extensions.
  6. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure tenants are adhering to lease agreements.
  7. Address and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise between LifeBridge Health and tenants.
  8. Prepare and submit lease-related reports to management.
  9. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease agreements are in line with company policies and procedures.
  10. Keep accurate and organized records of all lease agreements and related documents.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to lease administration.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
  13. Work closely with property management team to ensure smooth operation of leased properties.
  14. Assist in budget planning and forecasting for leased properties.
  15. Participate in lease negotiations and assist in the development of new lease agreements.
  16. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants to promote tenant retention.
  17. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive lease rates.
  18. Train and mentor new lease administration team members.
  19. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of lease administration.
  20. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Lease Administration, Preferably In Healthcare

  • Knowledge Of Lease Accounting Principles And Current Industry Standards

  • Strong Analytical And Organizational Skills With Attention To Detail

  • Proficiency In Lease Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite
