- Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently following established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Record and analyze test results, and report any abnormalities or issues to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Stay current on industry advancements and best practices, and incorporate them into daily laboratory operations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate test results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory procedures and results.
- Assist in training and mentoring new laboratory staff.
- Participate in quality assurance, quality control, and proficiency testing programs to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or problems that may arise during testing.
- Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards and guidelines.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the laboratory field.

Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Biology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Certified By The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or Equivalent Certification.
Proficiency In Performing A Variety Of Laboratory Tests And Procedures, Including But Not Limited To Blood Draws, Sample Preparation, And Data Analysis.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Document And Record Test Results.
