Laboratory Medical Technologist

As a Laboratory Medical Technologist at LifeBridge Health, you will be an integral part of our team, delivering quality medical care to our patients. The ideal candidate must have an Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field and be certified as a Medical Technologist (MT) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Prior experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred. You will be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, interpreting results, and working with the medical staff to provide excellent patient care. You will also be responsible for maintaining laboratory quality standards and participating in continuing education activities. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
