10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
11. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families during difficult times.
12. Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-discharge care.
13. Collaborate with community resources to provide necessary support and services for patients.
14. Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate communication and resolve any issues or concerns.
15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
