- Serve as a liaison between the IT department and clinical staff to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare technology systems used by clinical staff.
- Ensure seamless integration of technology in patient care processes and workflows.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical staff to understand their technology needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies in technology systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare informatics to continuously improve processes and enhance patient outcomes.
- Train and educate clinical staff on how to effectively use technology systems to improve patient care.
- Act as a resource for clinical staff, providing guidance and support for technology-related inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for healthcare technology systems.
- Participate in project planning and implementation for new technology systems and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards related to technology systems.
- Continuously monitor and assess technology systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Bachelor's Degree In Health Informatics Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Health Informatics Is Essential For An Informatics Support Liaison, As This Role Requires Knowledge And Understanding Of Electronic Health Records, Healthcare Data Management, And Health Information Systems.
Experience In Healthcare Industry: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Support Or Liaison Role. This Ensures A Familiarity With The Unique Needs And Challenges Of Healthcare Operations.
