Floor Technician

The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work.The Floor Technician is responsible for performing floor care and maintenance in our facility. This includes, but is not limited to, stripping and waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, along with the following qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent-Previous experience in floor care-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies-Excellent customer service skills-Strong attention to detailWe are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our patients, and we are looking for a Floor Technician who shares that commitment. Responsibilities: -Maintain and clean all floors in the facility, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning. -Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. -Use cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and efficiently. -Ensure that all equipment is in working order and well-maintained. -Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. -Provide timely and accurate completion of tasks. -Perform additional tasks as needed. -Participate in team meetings and other team activities. -Ensure that all safety guidelines and regulations are followed. -Actively participate in creating a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
