- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support the organization's overall financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor financial plans and budgets.
- Monitor and track financial performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Provide training and support to team members on financial analysis and planning.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide financial insights and recommendations.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Financial Analysis And Budgeting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Financial Operations And Regulations.
Proficiency In Financial Software And Microsoft Excel.
