  1. Oversee the overall operations of the surgical services department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success in the surgical services department.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to surgical services.
  4. Collaborate with other department leaders and healthcare providers to ensure the highest level of quality and safety for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and community members, to promote the services offered by the surgical department.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze department metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of surgical services managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  8. Develop and manage the department's budget, including cost control measures and revenue generation strategies.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in surgical services, and implement best practices to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  10. Serve as a role model for professional behavior and uphold the organization's values and standards of excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role Within Surgical Services.

  • Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Surgical Services Operations, Including Budget Management, Quality Control, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Demonstrated Success In Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans To Improve Surgical Services And Meet Organizational Goals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Positive Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And Other Stakeholders, And Promoting A Collaborative And Patient-Centered Culture Within The Surgical Services Department.
