As the Events and Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events and managing our dedicated team of volunteers to support our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and has experience in event planning and volunteer management.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive events and volunteer program that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including fundraisers, community outreach programs, and volunteer appreciation events.
  3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support event operations and other organizational activities.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
  5. Create and maintain event budgets, timelines, and task lists to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  6. Communicate regularly with volunteers to provide event updates, assign roles and responsibilities, and gather feedback.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and individuals to increase event participation and volunteer engagement.
  8. Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote events and recruit volunteers.
  9. Ensure all events and volunteer activities comply with legal, safety, and ethical standards.
  10. Evaluate event success and volunteer satisfaction, and make recommendations for future improvements.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports of events, volunteer hours, and other relevant data.
  12. Serve as a positive role model for volunteers and uphold the organization's values and standards.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and volunteer management.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Event Coordination, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Non-Profit Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Volunteer Management And Recruitment, Including Experience In Coordinating And Training Volunteers For Events.
