DIRECTOR - SURGICAL SERVICES (RN)

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the surgical department in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Supervise and manage all aspects of the surgical department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to surgical services.
4. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by promoting best practices and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

11. Participate in hospital committees and meetings, representing the surgical department and advocating for its needs.
