Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Dietitian to join the team at LifeBridge Health on a PRN (as needed) basis. Our ideal candidate will be a Registered Dietitian with a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and dietetics principles. The Dietitian will be responsible for providing nutrition-based care to patients and their families to improve overall health and quality of life.The successful candidate will have a passion for nutrition and a strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care. Professionalism, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be key to success in this role. They must also be able to work with a diverse population and have empathy and understanding for the particular needs of each patient.Required qualifications include:• Master’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from an accredited program• Registered Dietitian credential• At least one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting• Experience working with a diverse patient population• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Knowledge of community nutrition resources and services• Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsIf you are a Registered Dietitian with a passion for nutrition and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care, we invite you to apply for the Dietitian - PRN position at LifeBridge Health.

Responsibilities for Dietitian - PRN at LifeBridge Health:

• Provide nutrition-based care to patients and their families to improve overall health and quality of life

• Develop individualized nutrition plans for each patient according to their specific needs

• Work with a diverse patient population and demonstrate empathy and understanding for their particular needs

• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes

• Educate patients about nutrition and healthy eating habits

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

• Utilize community nutrition resources and services

• Maintain accurate and organized patient records

• Maintain professional standards set by regulatory bodies

• Stay up-to-date with nutrition trends and best practices

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Dietetics Or Related Field

  • Registered Dietitian (Rd) Credential From The Academy Of Nutrition And Dietetics

  • Current Maryland Licensure
