1. Responsible for ensuring that all patients receive nutritious and delicious meals during their stay at our facility.
2. Collaborate with registered dietitians and food service staff to develop and implement meal plans that meet the specific dietary needs of our patients.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient meal preferences, allergies, and restrictions.
4. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding and satisfaction with their meals.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of meals to patients.
6. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking of food and supplies.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and food handling techniques.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
