This individual must be an effective leader and communicator who can provide direction and guidance to teams and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least five years of leadership experience in an engineering operations or energy management setting. In addition, the Corporate Director will have strong knowledge of the principles and practices of engineering operations, energy management, and building construction. An ability to manage large, complex projects, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and foster a culture of service excellence is also essential.
