- Dispensing and managing medication therapy for patients at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital (LBH).
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Ensuring safe and effective use of medications through medication reconciliation, review of drug interactions, and patient education.
- Monitoring and evaluating patient response to medication therapy.
- Identifying and resolving medication-related problems.
- Maintaining accurate and complete patient records.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of pharmacy and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Conducting medication therapy management and providing medication counseling to patients.

- Assisting in the training and mentoring of pharmacy students and residents.

Active And Unrestricted Pharmacist License In The State Of Maryland.
Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited College Of Pharmacy.
Completion Of A Postgraduate Residency Or Fellowship Program In Clinical Pharmacy Or A Related Area.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Pharmacy Practices, Regulations, And Industry Standards.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Critical Thinking Skills For Effective Patient Care And Collaboration With Healthcare Team Members.
