  1. Administer medications to patients according to physician's orders and established protocols.
  2. Maintain accurate medication records and document all administered medications.
  3. Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects to medications and report to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  4. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure proper medication management and treatment plans for patients.
  5. Assist patients with medication management, including organizing medication schedules and providing education on proper administration and potential side effects.
  6. Attend to patients' personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  7. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  8. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
  9. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their stay at LifeBridge Health.
  10. Participate in educational and training opportunities to maintain and improve knowledge and skills in medication administration and patient care.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures related to medication administration and patient care.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  14. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote a positive and supportive environment.
  15. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
