- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to cancer outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and researchers to understand data needs and develop actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain databases to track and report on key performance indicators related to cancer treatment and outcomes.
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cancer treatment protocols and interventions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in cancer research and treatment.
- Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously review and update analytical methods and techniques to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and protocols.
- Collaborate with other analysts and researchers to share best practices and improve processes.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in data analysis and cancer research.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Healthcare Data Analysis, Preferably In Oncology.
Demonstrated Proficiency In Statistical Analysis Software Such As Sas, Spss, Or R.
Knowledge Of Cancer Registry Data And Reporting Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data Effectively To Various Stakeholders.
