- Ensure the seamless operation of audio and visual equipment for meetings, presentations, and events across the healthcare system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
- Set up and maintain audio and visual equipment for various events, including testing and troubleshooting before and after use.
- Collaborate with event planners and presenters to ensure their audio and visual needs are met.
- Maintain an inventory of audio and visual equipment, ensuring proper functioning and availability.
- Train and assist staff in the use of audio and visual equipment to ensure proper operation and efficient use.
- Monitor and respond to requests for audio and visual support through various communication channels.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on the latest audio and visual technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
- Abide by all safety protocols and procedures when handling and operating audio and visual equipment.
