Job Description

LifeBridge Health is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Support Specialist to join our team. As an Audio Visual Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of audio and visual equipment for meetings, presentations, and events across our healthcare system. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.   1. Ensure the seamless operation of audio and visual equipment for meetings, presentations, and events across the healthcare system.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
  3. Set up and maintain audio and visual equipment for various events, including testing and troubleshooting before and after use.
  4. Collaborate with event planners and presenters to ensure their audio and visual needs are met.
  5. Maintain an inventory of audio and visual equipment, ensuring proper functioning and availability.
  6. Train and assist staff in the use of audio and visual equipment to ensure proper operation and efficient use.
  7. Monitor and respond to requests for audio and visual support through various communication channels.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  9. Stay updated on the latest audio and visual technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
  10. Abide by all safety protocols and procedures when handling and operating audio and visual equipment.
  11. Maintain accurate records of audio and visual equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of audio and visual training programs for staff.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and patients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  14. Collaborate with other IT and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex audio and visual issues.
  15. Adhere to departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
