  1. Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize technical skills and knowledge to diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  4. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  6. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and self-learning to stay current with technological advancements.
  7. Adhere to established protocols and procedures for handling customer inquiries and technical issues.
  8. Contribute to the improvement of processes and systems by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
  9. Assist with onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes growth, learning, and exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications
