1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Emergency Room nursing staff, including scheduling, workflow management, and delegating tasks appropriately.
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and implement patient care plans and ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
