- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Emergency Room nursing staff, including scheduling, workflow management, and delegating tasks appropriately.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and implement patient care plans and ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing infection control and safety policies, identifying and addressing potential hazards, and promoting a culture of wellness and self-care.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, resolving conflicts, and recognizing and celebrating the achievements of the nursing staff.
