  1. Coordinate and schedule advanced imaging procedures for patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and instructions for their imaging procedures.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care for patients.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of patient information and procedures.
  6. Monitor and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of procedures.
  7. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, addressing any concerns or needs they may have.
  8. Educate patients on the imaging procedures and answer any questions they may have.
  9. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly prepared and available for use during procedures.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the patient experience.
  12. Participate in training and educational opportunities to stay updated on advances in imaging technology and patient care.
  13. Collaborate with insurance companies and handle any necessary pre-authorization or billing processes.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  15. Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and imaging staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiology, Nursing, Or Other Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Radiology Or Advanced Imaging.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Advanced Imaging Modalities And Procedures, Including Ct, Mri, And Pet Scans.

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Ensuring Accuracy In Patient Care Processes.
