  • Collaborate with the Client Resources department to identify and prioritize projects and initiatives that require administrative support.
  • Provide efficient and effective support for various projects, including creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on project status.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and project deliverables.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a positive experience with LifeBridge Health.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to maintain compliance.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas and solutions to projects.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop and implement strategies for achieving project goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Project Management Software.
