- Collaborate with the Client Resources department to identify and prioritize projects and initiatives that require administrative support.
- Provide efficient and effective support for various projects, including creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on project status.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and project deliverables.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues that may arise during project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a positive experience with LifeBridge Health.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to maintain compliance.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas and solutions to projects.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop and implement strategies for achieving project goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Project Management Software.
