- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments within the organization.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for department heads and staff members.
- Manage and maintain department calendars and schedules.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of departmental communication and reports.
- Maintain and update departmental records and databases.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order and maintain office supplies for the department.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for the department.
- Collaborate with other administrative associates and staff members to ensure efficient operation of the organization.
- Follow all organizational policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Act as a liaison between the department and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support for special projects and events as needed.
- Uphold the organization's mission and values in all interactions and tasks.
Excellent Organizational Skills: An Administrative Associate-Union At Lifebridge Health Must Possess Strong Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Tasks, As Well As Maintain Accurate Records And Files.
Familiarity With Union Policies And Procedures: This Role Requires Knowledge Of Union Policies And Procedures In Order To Effectively Communicate And Work With Union Representatives And Members.
Proficient In Computer Skills: Lifebridge Health Utilizes Various Computer Programs And Systems For Administrative Tasks, So Proficiency In Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Office, Is Essential For This Position.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Administrative Associate-Union, The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Build Positive Relationships With Colleagues, Union Representatives, And Members Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
