As an Administrative Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by providing administrative and clerical support to our union departments.   1. Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments within the organization.
  2. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for department heads and staff members.
  3. Manage and maintain department calendars and schedules.
  4. Assist with the preparation and distribution of departmental communication and reports.
  5. Maintain and update departmental records and databases.
  6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  7. Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
  8. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  9. Order and maintain office supplies for the department.
  10. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for the department.
  11. Collaborate with other administrative associates and staff members to ensure efficient operation of the organization.
  12. Follow all organizational policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Act as a liaison between the department and other internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Provide support for special projects and events as needed.
  15. Uphold the organization's mission and values in all interactions and tasks.
