  1. Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and departments within LifeBridge Health.
  2. Maintain and update records, databases, and other important documents.
  3. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for healthcare professionals.
  4. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Greet and assist visitors, patients, and other individuals in a friendly and courteous manner.
  6. Manage and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  7. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  8. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
  9. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  11. Utilize computer software and systems to perform data entry and generate reports.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to provide updates and address any issues.
  13. Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  14. Represent LifeBridge Health in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Continuously strive for improvement and proactively identify ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
