  1. Provide administrative support to various departments and teams within the organization.

  3. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  5. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
  6. Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for departmental activities.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  8. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  9. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  11. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
