Division Director of Human Resources

As the Division Director of Human Resources at Life Care Centers of America, you will play an integral role in the successful development and maintenance of our human resources initiatives. You will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing strategies that will enhance our current Human Resources programs and services. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Human Resources initiatives in support of the mission of Life Care Centers of America.
2. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Human Resources personnel.
3. Implement strategies that will enhance current Human Resources programs and services.
4. Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and employee relations regulations.
5. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for all Human Resources positions.
6. Develop and implement employee training programs.
7. Manage employee benefits, compensation, and incentive programs.
8. Prepare and analyze Human Resources reports and metrics.
9. Provide guidance and advice on workplace policies and procedures.
10. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders on Human Resources projects.
