Dietary Aide

Responsibilities:

1. Assess patient and resident nutritional needs to ensure proper nutrition is being provided.
2. Prepare and serve meals in accordance with established dietary guidelines.
3. Monitor food production and service to ensure compliance with established regulations and standards.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of dietary records and menus.
5. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.
6. Assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
7. Provide excellent customer service to patients, residents, and families.
8. Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
9. Follow established policies and procedures.
10. Participate in continuing education programs as needed.
