  1. Oversee the break fix order management process to ensure timely and efficient resolution for customers.
  2. Lead and manage a team of order management specialists to meet department goals and objectives.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the break fix order management process.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of information and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  6. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and customer needs to continuously improve the break fix order management process.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of operational integrity.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient order management process.
  13. Prepare and present reports to management on team performance, process improvements, and customer feedback.
  14. Identify and implement process automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Demonstrating The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Performance Towards Achieving Goals.
