Must Be Currently Enrolled In A Relevant Degree Program: As An Ojt Job At Lexmark International, The Candidate Must Be Pursuing A Degree In A Field Relevant To The Company's Industry, Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business.
Strong Academic Performance: Lexmark International Values Academic Excellence, And Therefore, Candidates For The Ojt Job Should Have A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0 Or Higher.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In The Workplace, And As An Ojt Job, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Communicate With Supervisors.
Technical Proficiency: Depending On The Specific Role, The Candidate May Be Required To Have Technical Skills In Areas Such As Software Development, Coding, Or Data Analysis. Having Prior Experience Or Coursework In These Areas Would Be An Advantage.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team: As Part Of The Ojt Program At Lexmark International, The Candidate Will Have To Work Independently On Projects, As Well As Collaborate With Team Members.
