- Create a welcoming and positive environment for students participating in the Student OJT program
- Develop and organize training materials and resources for students
- Coordinate with department leaders to identify specific projects and tasks for students to work on
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training experience
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation for the OJT program is complete
- Communicate regularly with students to ensure their needs and expectations are being met
- Conduct orientation sessions for new OJT students to familiarize them with company policies and procedures
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the OJT program
- Continuously assess and improve the OJT program to ensure it meets the needs of both the students and the company
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to students and external stakeholders.
Enrollment In A Relevant Academic Program: Applicants For The Ojt Position At Lexmark International Should Be Currently Enrolled In A Relevant Academic Program, Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business Management.
Strong Academic Performance: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0 To Be Considered For The Ojt Position. This Demonstrates Their Ability To Handle Academic Coursework And Indicates A Strong Foundation In Their Chosen Field Of Study.
