  1. Provide exceptional technical support to customers for a variety of printing and imaging solutions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
  3. Assist customers with installation, set-up, and configuration of products.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Document all customer interactions and solutions in a detailed and organized manner.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to identify and escalate complex technical issues.
  7. Stay updated on new products, features, and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date support.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and implementing it into daily work.
  9. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and provide long-term solutions.
  10. Maintain a positive and patient attitude while effectively handling a high volume of customer inquiries.
  11. Assist in the development and maintenance of support documentation and resources.
