- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget and scope.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address potential risks and issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing support and direction to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay current with project management best practices and industry trends to continuously improve project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and reporting on variances.

- Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management to provide project updates and escalate any issues or concerns.
- Continuously monitor and assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management: Candidates Should Possess A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Initiation To Completion Within A Corporate Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Project Leader At Lexmark International Should Have The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Make Strategic Decisions To Keep The Project On Track.
