  1. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget and scope.
  2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify and address potential risks and issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  4. Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
  5. Mentor and guide team members, providing support and direction to achieve project goals.
  6. Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  9. Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  10. Stay current with project management best practices and industry trends to continuously improve project delivery.
  11. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and reporting on variances.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote productivity and efficiency.
  13. Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management to provide project updates and escalate any issues or concerns.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  15. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management: Candidates Should Possess A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Initiation To Completion Within A Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Project Leader At Lexmark International Should Have The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Make Strategic Decisions To Keep The Project On Track.

  • Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Senior Management.

  • Proven Ability To Meet Deadlines And Manage Budgets: Project Leaders At Lexmark International Are Responsible For Ensuring That Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget. Candidates Should Have Experience In Creating And Managing Project Budgets, And The Ability To Adapt To Changing Timelines And Priorities.
