- Communicate with clients to confirm order details, resolve any issues, and provide updates on order status.
- Utilize company systems and tools to accurately enter and track order information.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products for order fulfillment.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or delays in order processing to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders and customer information.
- Follow company policies and procedures for order management and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders.
- Continuously strive to improve order management processes and suggest solutions for increasing efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the sales team by providing order-related reports and data as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients with their orders.
- Adhere to confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive customer information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Order Management Or Customer Service Role
Proficiency In Using Order Management Systems And Tools, Such As Sap Or Oracle
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Customers
