- Develop engaging and effective learning experiences for employees at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives
- Design and develop training programs that align with business goals and drive employee development
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive training materials
- Incorporate a variety of learning methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate and relevant
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
- Act as a mentor and coach to other team members, providing guidance and support in training program design and development
- Continuously seek feedback and make improvements to training programs based on evaluations and employee feedback.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Learning Experiences And Training Programs.
Proficiency In Instructional Design Models, Adult Learning Principles, And Learning Management Systems.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
