
HRIS Analyst

As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our HR information systems to support our growing organization. - Implement and maintain HR information systems to support the organization's human resources processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and conduct training programs for HRIS users.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HRIS by performing regular audits and data clean-up.
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leaders.
- Support the integration of new HR systems or updates to existing systems.
- Proactively identify and address potential system issues or roadblocks.
- Keep sensitive employee information confidential and comply with data privacy regulations.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of HRIS.
- Communicate HRIS updates and changes to relevant stakeholders and provide necessary training and support.
- Participate in testing and implementation of new HR systems.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance HRIS processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service to all HRIS users and promptly address any inquiries or concerns.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hris Administration, Configuration, And Maintenance.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Hris Systems, Such As Sap Successfactors, Workday, Or Oracle Hcm.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, Including Proficiency In Sql And Microsoft Excel.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
