  1. Manage and maintain the HRIS system at Lexmark International, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Utilize technical skills to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to identify and implement system enhancements and updates.
  4. Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for HRIS system users.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the HRIS system.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Conduct regular audits and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Train and support end-users on how to effectively utilize the HRIS system.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for system upgrades and maintenance.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee information stored in the HRIS system.
  12. Continuously assess and improve HRIS processes and systems to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to HR leadership on system performance and usage.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on the HRIS system, providing guidance and support to HR team members and other stakeholders.
  15. Actively participate in project teams related to HRIS system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Hris Systems, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Hris Software And Data Analysis Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Benefits Administration.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Training And Support To End Users.
