Finance, Planning & Operations Analyst
Consolidate, report and package the full North America P&L performance at management level, augmented by / tie-back to pertinent commercial operational activities. Analyze vast amount of financial and non-financial data and able to identify, summarize & assimilate trends or stories hidden in the numbers in order to recommend strategic insights to key decision makers (Finance & Sales leadership) to facilitate informed outcome / results. Oversee and manage processes of the North America sub-region P&L functions. These include Unit and P&L forecasting, monthly performance reporting, analysis, strategic and business planning, target setting and troubleshooting. Operational corroboration of Balance Sheet levers, Cashflow position, Cash Conversion, A/R Aging and Inventory activities.
Minimum 5-7 years finance and business cross-functional experience.
MBA preferred; CPA / CMA a plus.
Expertise in solutions identification and implementation.
