1. Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for Lexmark International's products.

3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather and incorporate relevant information into demand forecasts.
4. Develop inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
5. Monitor and track inventory levels, making adjustments as needed to prevent stock shortages or excess.
6. Identify and analyze potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
7. Communicate demand forecasts and inventory plans to relevant teams and stakeholders.
8. Continuously monitor and improve demand planning processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand planning to suggest improvements and innovations for Lexmark International.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in supply chain processes.
11. Prepare and present reports and insights on demand forecasting and inventory management to management and other stakeholders.
12. Work closely with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
13. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce lead times and increase customer satisfaction.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all demand planning activities.
15. Continuously monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and make adjustments as needed to meet or exceed targets.
