  1. Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications and company standards.
  2. Set up and program CNC machines using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
  3. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient and accurate production.
  4. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with CNC machines.
  6. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve production processes and techniques.
  7. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  8. Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities.
  9. Continuously strive for improvement and efficiency in production processes.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
  11. Train and mentor new CNC machinists on operating procedures and techniques.
  12. Stay updated on advancements and developments in CNC machining technology.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient In Cnc Programming: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Cnc Programming Languages Such As G-Code And Be Able To Create And Modify Programs To Meet Production Requirements.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Machining Equipment: A Cnc Machinist At Lexmark International Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Types Of Machining Equipment, Including Lathes, Mills, And Grinders.

  • Experience With Precision Measuring Tools: The Ability To Accurately Measure And Inspect Machined Parts Is Crucial For A Cnc Machinist. Candidates Should Be Familiar With A Variety Of Precision Measuring Tools, Such As Calipers, Micrometers, And Gauges.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Job Of A Cnc Machinist Involves Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving On A Daily Basis. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills And Be Able To Identify And Address Issues With The Machining Process.
