
Benefits Analyst
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration of benefits and retirement programs. Manage relationship with outsourced benefits administration provider along with other benefit team members to ensure efficient and effective service while maintaining corporate compliance. Ability to work as a vendor manager to ensure outsourced services are seamless to employees and their families. Provide insight, research, and decision making in the benefit program design process. Manage communications related to the annual benefit open enrollment process, compliance notices and other benefit-related notices to employees and retirees. Provide audit support related to benefit administration. Provide necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) desirable
Experience in U.S. benefits programs and benefits administration management
Prefer experience working in a benefits outsourcing arrangement
Demonstrate initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
