Ability to work as a vendor manager to ensure outsourced services are seamless to employees and their families. Provide insight, research, and decision making in the benefit program design process. Manage communications related to the annual benefit open enrollment process, compliance notices and other benefit-related notices to employees and retirees. Provide audit support related to benefit administration. Provide necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
