Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers
2. Greet customers, assist them in finding items, and answer questions
3. Demonstrate knowledge of current promotions and products
4. Maintain an organized and tidy store environment
5. Process sales transactions and handle returns/exchanges
6. Assist with inventory management and replenishment of merchandise
7. Develop a thorough knowledge of the store's products and services
8. Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner
9. Promote store loyalty programs and other initiatives
10. Follow all safety and security procedures
11. Participate in team meetings and store events
