Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
2. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
3. Monitor customer interactions to ensure a positive shopping experience
4. Provide product knowledge and recommendations
5. Perform daily operations such as stocking shelves, restocking supplies, and organizing merchandise
6. Process payments and handle returns and exchanges
7. Follow store procedures for inventory management and loss prevention
8. Maintain cleanliness of store and work area
9. Work with the team to meet store goals and objectives
10. Assist with window and in-store displays
11. Other duties as assigned
