As the face of the company, our Store Sales Associates are the key to providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, providing product knowledge, and helping them find the right Levi Strauss & Co. product to fit their needs.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a passion for our brand. Previous retail experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and have the right attitude. 6. Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase and provide additional assistance as needed.
7. Process payments for purchases and provide accurate change.
8. Work with the team to meet store targets.
9. Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales.
10. Utilize customer feedback to improve customer service.
