Job Description

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer service-oriented Store Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about our brand and providing exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your customer service expertise with your sales acumen to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive shopping experience.
  2. Provide knowledgeable and helpful assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, store promotions, and payment options.
  3. Assist customers in selecting appropriate merchandise that meets their needs.
  4. Maximize sales by upselling and cross-selling products.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer purchases and payments.
  6. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
  7. Ensure that the store is clean and organized at all times.
  8. Monitor inventory and restock shelves as needed.
  9. Follow all safety and security protocols.
  10. Adhere to Levi Strauss & Co. customer service standards.
