The Store Sales Associate will be an integral part of our store operations and contribute to our store’s success through providing excellent customer service, showcasing product knowledge, and ensuring the store remains a clean and organized retail environment.The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED, and one year of retail sales experience. Our ideal candidate is driven, has a great sense of style, and is able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Store Sales Associate must be able to quickly learn product knowledge and have excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires a very customer-focused individual who is proactive, motivated, and eager to exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their needs
3. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide helpful advice to customers
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
6. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies
7. Complete store opening/closing duties as required
8. Follow loss prevention and security procedures
9. Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
10. Participate in team projects and initiatives to drive sales
