Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a friendly, customer service-oriented Store Sales Associate to join our team! As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience and creating a welcoming environment for all customers.We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Above all else, you should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and committed to helping our customers find the perfect products for them.The ideal candidate will have at least one year of retail experience, be organized and have good problem solving skills. You should also have experience in cash handling and be comfortable using a computer. A friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere.
2. Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their needs.
3. Process customer purchases through cash handling and/or computer systems.
4. Provide helpful information about products, services, and promotions.
5. Maintain store presentation standards, keeping the store neat and tidy.
6. Assist with restocking and merchandising of products.
7. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
8. Follow all safety and security procedures.
9. Support team members in achieving store goals.
10. Report any issues or concerns to the store manager.
