Job Description

At Levi Strauss & Co., we are looking for a passionate Store Manager to join our team and help lead our retail store to success. We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills to support our customers and our team.The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the day-to-day operations of the store. To be successful in this role, you should have a knack for analyzing data and trends and be able to motivate your team to meet and exceed set goals. Responsibilities of the Store Manager:

  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and achieve targeted sales goals.
  2. Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, budgeting, payroll, and inventory.
  3. Motivate and lead a diverse team of employees to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and provide timely solutions to address customer complaints and inquiries.
  5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  6. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  7. Oversee visual merchandising to ensure products are presented in an attractive and inviting manner.
  8. Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality product availability and competitive pricing.
